Energy is defined as the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity

Energy is what make everything “go”

We can get energy in a variety of ways.

Get it on our own through breathing

Receive it from others through a healthy giving and receiving or taking it from others (energy vampires)

Derive it from God, the Universe through prayer or meditation

Eating food

Energetic Issues:

These are some of the things I look for:

Entanglements: Our energy can become combined or entangled with others. This is an unhealthy thing and usually happens in codependent relationships.

Blocks: We can have energetic blocks, walls or resistances that stand in the way of getting what we want. These keep us from being successful in life. These are generally subconscious things such as “If I get over this, it will mean it didn’t matter” or “If I know what to do, then I will have to do it, and I don’t know if I will want to do it.”

Cords: We get energetically tied or corded to everything and everyone we interact with. If you have never heard of this concept, just imagine how many cords you have. You can cut cords right now by taking your hand, imagine it being a sword and swipe down or “cut” down your chest three times and saying “cut, cut, cut”. Then imagine gathering those cords up into a ball and throw them into the ground.

Energetic curses: These are just targeted negative energy that can be sent intentionally or unintentionally. Anytime we say something to someone with some energetic force, it can curse them. That is why it is so important to watch what we say and how we say it to others.

Chakras: Energy points in our bodies. There are all sorts of things that can be going on with these.

Auras: The energy field around us. We want to keep this clean because whatever is inside of it, goes into the physical body. This energy can be created through our own thoughts and feelings or from the people we are around. I do energy cleanses that will clean your aura.
