Who I am

I grew up in Arizona and just recently traded the desert for the trees and moved to Washington State. I am a wife and a mother of five wonderful children. I am a believer in God and Jesus Christ. After my last child was born, my cousin began taking what she called “muscle testing classes”. I didn’t know what that meant but thought “what could it hurt?” and said yes. Oh, how I am grateful I said yes. At the time I thought my life was fine, but as we began working together I quickly learned how much I had just buried throughout my life and how many limiting beliefs I had. I also realized I loved this work and wanted to help others. I have now studied in many different modalities. Using the tool of muscle testing and my intuition, I help others work through their emotional baggage and limiting beliefs.
